Annex · Cookie Policy

The trackers we run,and how to switch them off.

Named, categorized, and controllable. Our analytics are cookieless; the advertising technologies load only where allowed and, where the law requires, only after you consent. This page is the full account.

01

What this covers

“Cookies” here is shorthand for cookies and the similar technologies that do related jobs: pixels, tags, software development kits, and browser storage (session and local storage). Some are set by us (first-party); others are set by the providers whose tools we use (third-party). This page lists them by what they do, names the tool behind each, and tells you how to switch them off. It works alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers information handling more broadly.

02

Strictly necessary

These make the site work and can’t be switched off from here, because without them the site can’t load or keep your session consistent. They don’t track you across other sites, and no consent is required for them.

Traffic routing & security
Cloudflare / Vercel

Session to 12 months
Intro-screen flag
First-party (session storage)
Remembers you've seen the opening animation so it doesn't replay during your visit.
Cleared when you close the tab
Form autosave
First-party (local storage)
Saves your progress in the onboarding form so a refresh doesn't wipe it. Cleared on submit.
Until submitted or cleared

Advertising and measurement

As we run paid advertising on Google, Meta, and Reddit, this site loads the technologies below to measure which ads led to a booking or inquiry and to build remarketing audiences. They set cookies or device identifiers and share data with those platforms.

Where the law requires it — for visitors in the UK, EU, and other consent-required regions, and for opt-out choices under US state law — these load only after you consent through the cookie controls presented to you, or are switched off if you decline or send a recognized Global Privacy Control signal. Until we turn a given campaign on, some of these tags are not active at all.

Google Tag Manager

Embedded booking tools

Our scheduling runs through third-party tools embedded on the page. These operate inside their own frames and set their own cookies under their own policies, which we don’t control.

Cal.com booking widget

Per Cal.com's policy
Calendly booking

How to control cookies

You have several independent controls, and any of them will work:

  • The consent controls on this site. Where a cookie banner or preferences control is presented to you, your choices there govern which advertising and measurement technologies load.
  • Your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear site storage. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where the law requires.
  • The advertising platforms directly. Adjust ad personalization in Google Ad Settings, your Meta ad preferences, and Reddit’s settings.
  • Industry opt-outs. The Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative in the US, and Your Online Choices in the EU and UK, offer cross-provider opt-out tools.

Changes and contact

We’ll update this page as we add or remove tools — including as we turn advertising campaigns on. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. For questions about cookies, or to make a privacy request, reach us through the form on our contact page.
